Office cleaning prioritizes high-touch surfaces, shared spaces, and common areas used by multiple individuals, with an emphasis on sanitation, consistency, and minimizing disruption to the work environment. 

What Should You Do Before the Cleaning Technician Arrives?
To help the service run smoothly, please clear desks of sensitive documents or personal items, secure any confidential materials, ensure access to all areas to be cleaned, and communicate any priority areas or after-hours access instructions in advance. 

What Are the Typical Tasks by Area? 
Workstations and Desks: Dust and wipe down desks, monitors, keyboards, and phones; empty trash bins; sanitize high-touch surfaces; and tidy common areas around workstations. 
Restrooms: Disinfect toilets, sinks, counters, mirrors, and fixtures; restock paper products and soap; clean floors; and remove trash.
Kitchen and Break Room: Wipe down counters, appliance exteriors, tables, and chairs; clean the sink; empty and reline trash bins; and spot-clean cabinet fronts and backsplashes.
Common Areas, Lobbies, and Hallways: Dust surfaces and furniture; wipe glass doors and partitions; vacuum carpets or mop hard floors; clean light switches and door handles; and remove trash.
Conference Rooms: Wipe tables and chairs, dust surfaces, clean whiteboards if requested, vacuum or mop floors, and reset the room to its standard layout. 

Is There a Quality Control Inspection?
At the end of each visit, the technician performs a final check to confirm that all agreed-upon areas have been addressed, surfaces are clean, trash has been removed, and the space is left neat and ready for the next business day. 

What is Typically Not Included?
Standard office cleaning typically does not include:
- Deep cleaning of appliance interiors (e.g., refrigerators, microwaves)
- Exterior window cleaning
- Carpet shampooing or floor waxing
- Organizing, filing, or handling office materials
- Dishwashing or cleaning of personal items
- Biohazard or hazardous material cleanup. These services may be available upon special request as add-ons.
