These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all cleaning services provided by the Company (“we,” “us,” “our”). By paying the deposit or full balance, the customer (“you,” “client”) agrees to all terms and conditions below.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all SMS messages sent and received as part of the A2P 10DLC messaging services provided by Cali-cleaners. Your use of this service constitutes acceptance of these terms.
As a user, you must explicitly consent to receive messages from Cali-cleaners. Consent can be given through various channels, including, but not limited to, our website sign-up forms, paper forms, and verbal interactions with customer service.
Messages sent by Cali-cleaners may include alerts, reminders, promotional offers, updates, and other relevant communications. The frequency of these messages will depend on your interaction with our services and your preferences.
Standard message and data rates may apply to any messages you send or receive as part of our service. This could affect your bill and depend on the terms set by your mobile carrier.

To discontinue receiving messages from Cali-cleaners, you can reply "STOP" to any of our messages at any time. This will unsubscribe you from our SMS communications.
Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data in relation to our A2P 10DLC messaging service. It can be found on our website.
Customer information is used only for scheduling, billing, and communication.
We do not sell or share personal information.
Cali-cleaners does not guarantee that messages will be delivered without delays or failures. Such issues can arise from factors outside our control, such as network problems or device compatibility.
When using our messaging service, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use this service to send messages that are offensive, illegal, or intended to harass or harm others.
You acknowledge that the messaging service must be used in compliance with all relevant laws, including those relating to privacy, telecommunications, and commercial communications.
Cali-cleaners reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website or direct communications where feasible.
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Deposits are 100% non‑refundable, including cancellations of any kind, at any time, for any reason.
The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the job.
Do NOT provide payment directly to technicians. Any payment made to a technician will be treated as non‑payment, and the full invoice will remain due.
Any non‑payment will result in collections. A 10% late fee per week, plus a collection fee, will be added
Rescheduling is complimentary if done 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment.
Same‑day reschedules incur a $25 fee.
All cancellations forfeit the deposit, regardless of notice period.
If the cleaner arrives and cannot access the property (lockout, no key, wrong code, etc.), this is treated as a same‑day cancellation, and the deposit is forfeited, and a $25 cancelation fee will be incurred.
You must provide safe, timely access to the property (keys, codes, gate instructions, etc.). If a technician must pick up keys locally due to pre‑existing damage, inspection, or access issues, a $25 key‑pickup fee will be applied.
If access is delayed, cleaning time may be reduced or rescheduled at your expense.
To ensure quality and efficiency, you agree to:
Put away toys, clothes, and general clutter.
Clear countertops of personal items.
Secure pets in a safe area.

No water or power
Allergies
Special instructions
Additional scope
Interrupting the technician during cleaning may affect quality. As a result, any rework required due to interruptions will be billed at $55/hour.
Cleaning requires running water and electricity. We cannot guarantee quality without utilities. No refunds or discounts will be issued for unsatisfactory results caused by lack of utilities.
The scope of work depends on the type of service. The following descriptions are taken directly from your service documents.Any changes to the scope of work or requirements, please notify us via text message at (805) 666‑2293.
DO NOT request any changes directly from the technicians
Includes routine maintenance tasks such as dusting, wiping surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, basic bathroom cleaning, and kitchen surface cleaning.
Does not include interior appliances, heavy lifting, high dusting, wall washing, clutter removal, laundry, dishwashing, or biohazard cleanup.

Includes linens, restocking, turnover preparation, high‑touch sanitization, and guest‑readiness inspection. Does not include deep-cleaning tasks such as the oven interior, fridge interior, or heavy lifting.

Includes deep cleaning of appliances, cabinets, drawers, walls, floors, bathrooms, and all rooms. Does not include heavy lifting, exterior windows, clutter removal, laundry, dishwashing, or biohazard cleanup.

The following tasks are not included unless explicitly added for an additional fee:
Moving heavy furniture or appliances
Interior/exterior window cleaning
Wall washing or baseboard scrubbing (unless part of Move‑In/Out)
Carpet shampooing or upholstery cleaning
Clutter removal or organization
Laundry or dishwashing (available upon request for an additional fee)
Biohazard cleanup (pet waste, bodily fluids, extreme messes)
Pest infestation cleanup
Mold remediation
Exterior cleaning of any kind
These limitations are consistent with the attached service documents.
Technicians will document pre‑existing damage (scratches, stains, broken items, etc.). If pre‑existing damage requires key pickup or special inspection, a $25 key‑pickup fee applies.
We are not liable for:
Pre‑existing damage
Items not properly secured
• Fragile or sentimental items left in exposed areas
Wear‑and‑tear stains that cannot be removed
Damage resulting from unstable furniture or fixtures
You agree to secure valuables, fragile items, and personal belongings before service.
Complimentary touch‑ups are available within 48 hours of job completion. Touch‑ups requested after 48 hours are billed at $55/hour. Touch‑ups do not include additional tasks outside the original scope.
We may refuse or stop service if:
The environment is unsafe
There is aggressive behavior from pets or occupants
There is excessive clutter preventing cleaning
There are biohazards present
Utilities are unavailable
The technician is interrupted repeatedly
No refunds or discounts will be issued if service is halted for safety reasons.
Technicians may take photos before/after for quality control and liability protection. Photos will not be used publicly without your consent.
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our control, including:
Natural disasters
Illness outbreaks
Power outages
Road closures
Severe weather
Deposits remain non‑refundable in all cases.
