Experience a spotless home without lifting a finger with our Standard Cleaning service. Our skilled team meticulously dusts, vacuums, and sanitizes each room, ensuring your living spaces are fresh, clean, and inviting. Perfect for busy families or professionals needing regular upkeep.

A standard cleaning (sometimes called a "routine" or "maintenance" cleaning) is designed to maintain a baseline level of cleanliness in a home that is already generally tidy. It focuses on the most visible surfaces and high-traffic areas to keep the house looking fresh and presentable. It is distinct from a deep cleaning, which tackles often-neglected areas, such as inside appliances, baseboards, or behind furniture.

The Goal of a Standard Clean

To efficiently clean and sanitize a home's most frequently used areas, remove surface dust, dirt, and grime to create a tidy and hygienic environment.

Before the Cleaning Technician Arrives

To get the most out of a Standard Cleaning service, it's helpful for the homeowner to make a quick "preclean" tidy:

  • Put away toys, clothes, and miscellaneous clutter.

  • Clear countertops in the kitchen and bathroom of personal items (toothbrushes, mail, cosmetics).

  • Secure pets in a safe area.

  • Communicate with any specific priorities with our customer representative (805) 666-2293.

  • Inform any areas of concern, such as no water, no power, any allergy-related concerns, with our customer representative (805) 666-2293.

  • Provide any additional scope with our customer representative (805) 666-2293.

NOTE: Cleaning is a detailed job; please refrain from interrupting the cleaning technician.

Quality Inspection Check

This is what separates a good Standard Clean from a great one—the cleaner acts as the Customer's eyes and ears.

Visual Scan: Check for any damage (stains on carpets, broken items, chipped furniture) and report it to the customer immediately.

Ambiance:

  • Fluff pillows and arrange cushions.

  • Open blinds to let in natural light.

  • Ensure the space is odor-free, if possible; use a light air freshener if approved by the host.
