What is Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning? 
Move-in/move-out cleaning is a detailed top-to-bottom service designed to leave a property clean, sanitized, and ready for the next occupant. It goes beyond standard cleaning by addressing built-up dust, grease, and grime, as well as overlooked areas throughout the home. 

What is the goal of Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning?
The goal is to return the property to a fresh, blank-slate condition that meets turnover or tenancy standards and gives incoming residents a clean start. 

How does it differ from standard cleaning?
It covers more areas, includes inside cabinets and appliances, removes deeper buildup, and usually takes much longer than routine cleaning. 

What should you do before the cleaning technician arrives?
To help the service run efficiently, please remove clutter, clear kitchen and bathroom counters, secure pets, and share any access issues, service concerns, or special requests in advance. 

What are the typical tasks by area?
Kitchen
Clean the inside and outside of major appliances, wipe cabinets and drawers, sanitize counters and sink, degrease cooking areas, spot-clean walls, and sweep and mop floors.
Bathrooms
Deep clean and disinfect toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, counters, mirrors, cabinets, tile, and floors, with extra attention to soap scum, water spots, and buildup.
Living Areas, Bedrooms, and HallwaysDust surfaces high and low; clean interior windows and sills; wipe vents and touchpoints; spot-clean marks on walls; vacuum carpets; mop hard floors.
Additional Areas
Laundry rooms, entryways, and garages may include wiping machines and utility sinks, sweeping floors, and cleaning doors and switch plates, depending on the agreed scope. 

Is there a Quality Control inspection?
Before completion, the technician performs a final walkthrough to check for missed areas, note visible damage or left-behind items, and confirm the property is presentation-ready. 

What is typically not included?
Standard move-in/move-out cleaning typically does not include:
•      Heavy lifting or furniture moving
•      Full interior or exterior window cleaning
•      Clutter removal or haul-away
•      Laundry or dishwashing
•      Biohazard cleanup. These services may be available upon special request as an add-on.
