What is Standard Cleaning?
Standard cleaning is a regular maintenance service designed to keep your home or workspace consistently clean, fresh, and presentable. It focuses on the most frequently used and visible areas of a property, maintaining a baseline level of cleanliness between deeper or more intensive cleaning sessions.

What is the goal of Standard Cleaning?
The goal is to maintain a clean, comfortable, and healthy living or working environment on a routine basis — preventing the buildup of dust, dirt, and germs so that the space stays welcoming and hygienic day to day.
How it differs from deep cleaning:
Standard cleaning covers surface-level tasks and high-traffic areas during each visit. It does not include scrubbing grout, cleaning inside appliances, or addressing built-up grime — those are handled during a deep clean or move-in/move-out service.

What should you do before the cleaning technician arrives?
To help the service run smoothly and efficiently, please tidy personal belongings off floors and countertops, secure pets, and share any access instructions, product preferences, or areas of concern with the team ahead of the appointment.

What are the typical tasks by area?
Kitchen: Wipe down the exterior surfaces of appliances, clean countertops and backsplash, wipe cabinet fronts, clean the stovetop, sanitize the sink, empty the trash, and sweep and mop the floors.
Bathrooms: Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, and tubs or showers; wipe mirrors and fixtures; wipe down countertops and cabinet exteriors; replace trash liners; and mop floors.
Living areas, bedrooms, and hallways: Dust accessible surfaces, furniture tops, and ceiling fan blades; wipe light switches and door handles; vacuum carpets and rugs; mop hard floors; and straighten visible items as needed.
Additional areas: Entryways and hallways may include sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces — depending on the agreed scope of service.

Is there a Quality Control inspection?
Before completing the visit, the technician conducts a final walkthrough to confirm that all scheduled tasks have been completed, that no areas have been missed, and that the property has been left clean and presentable to the agreed-upon standard.

What is typically not included?
Standard cleaning typically does not include cleaning inside ovens, refrigerators, or cabinets; scrubbing grout; washing windows; laundering linens; organizing or decluttering; or any biohazard or specialty cleaning — unless specifically requested as an additional service.
